Living Statue Photogrammetry
Originally, this was a Photogrammetry tryout of my significant other. She had to stand still as a living statue as I took about 400 photos from every direction in our large photo-studio box (big enough to fit two people).
But the mesh that got generated was a big mess.
I did a slight bit of manual clean-up on one side of her face, the other side is still the raw mesh.
Since I won’t be using this mesh for the project I had in mind, I thought it would be nice to make a render of the mesh as is.
The shader I made is fully procedural, which resembles a combination of human skin and weathered marble.
And of course, I added an ant to her face. It has become my signature now I suppose…
