Stable Diffusion – Crystal Cave
This render is probably one of my fastest “Art” renders I’ve made so far. It took me 20 minutes or so to create this Crystal Cave. However, this was with the help of the add-on Dream Textures.
Which brings the AI Stable Diffusion (text-to-image) right into Blender. Hence the name of this Artwork (Stable Diffusion – Crystal Cave).
The setup of this Crystal Cave consists of 2 planes (one for the ground with heavy displacement and one for the GOBO), one spotlight, a cube for volumetric scattering and a camera.
I’ve only used 2 textures; one that was generated by Stable Diffusion, the other is a GOBO from my Free Tree GOBO pack).

- Cycles (Blender) as the Render Engine
- Affinity Photo for 2D editing (Post Processing)
